Registration will be open until we reach our registration closing date or league capacity (whichever comes first). At that time, a waitlist will begin; Players on the wait-list will be contacted if an opening occurs. Late registrations are subject to space availability in your child's age group.
FEES, WAIT-LIST and TRYOUTS:
Registration Fees: are due at the time of enrollment, and only credit or debit cards are accepted. Confirmation of enrollment and receipt of payment are automatically sent by email. If you do not receive confirmation, log back in to your Member Account to check the registration status. Your statement billing will appear as SHERMANOAKSLL.
Wait-List: Once each group is filled to capacity, we will move to a wait-list and we will post instructions on how to get on the list.
Tryouts: For the spring season, Little League requires all players 7-12 to attend a tryout session. Tryouts are simply a player evaluation that are done in early January to help balance the teams. Information will get blasted on out email and posted to the league website and Facebook page in December.
Teammate requests are attempted but not guaranteed as it is difficult to accommodate all of them, however we do our best to make them happen. Scheduling requests, however, CANNOT be accommodated. You are choosing to sign up for the SOLL schedule, and if it does not work for you, we can grant you a refund before the season begins.
Refunds are granted until the start of the regular season if your player decides to drop.
